Mithun: Employee Gift Production

It took a team of 5 to develop a new and contemporary employee appreciation campaign. These gifts were intended to foster a team culture. I was in charge of finalizing creative and setting up the mechanical docs for production. The full package included custom 6-pack of beer, a set of matches, laser-etched wooden coasters, water bottles, a beanie, a hoodie, and a scarf.
